About the Instructor
Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, is the owner of White Flame Yoga and brings over 15 years of teaching experience. With a focus on movement for chronic health conditions, she has been a dedicated instructor at Penn for over 12 years.
