Join a new season of live, online, and in-person yoga sessions designed to nurture your body, energy, mind, and spirit! Led by experienced instructor Esther Wyss-Flamm, these classes focus on alignment, creative sequencing, and building a sense of equanimity, deep listening, and gratitude—all while connecting with a supportive community.

About the Instructor

Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, is the owner of White Flame Yoga and brings over 15 years of teaching experience. With a focus on movement for chronic health conditions, she has been a dedicated instructor at Penn for over 12 years.
