Let Wharton Yoga Support You!

It’s time to invite you back to a new session of weekly Strong & Steady yoga! To connect with the glorious flow of spring, each week, we will spotlight one area of the body and explore how to bring it into alignment, emphasizing self-compassion throughout. These live and online classes are consistent and doable; plus, they’re fun and build open-hearted accountability into our lives. We will practice postures that reinforce strength and stability in body, breath, and mind.

Weekly live class sessions will begin on Wednesday, March 6th. Note that this first session will be online for everyone, owing to space constraints that week.  All other in-person sessions will take place in Vance Hall basement, room B2 (Kahn Hall).

For remote participants, the classes will continue to take place via Zoom throughout the sessions.

Instructor: Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, has over 15 years of experience teaching yoga with special training in movement for chronic health conditions. She has been an instructor at UPenn for over 12 years.
