Let’s celebrate summer with some yoga FUN together — Time to invite you to our AWESOME 5-Week Summer Session!

Celebrate the wisdom of yoga, joy of movement, and creative spirit inherent in summer. Each week will feature a new sequence of postures that reinforces strength, stability, and flexibility in body, breath, mind, and spirit. 

SPECIAL: Come to a FREE trial class on July 10th!

The Summer Session officially begins on Wednesday, July 17th. For easy access, the classes will be available live and in-person in room B2 of the Vance Building as well as via Zoom throughout the session.

For remote participants, the classes will continue to take place via Zoom throughout the sessions.

Instructor: Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, has over 15 years of experience teaching yoga with special training in movement for chronic health conditions. She has been an instructor at UPenn for over 12 years.
