“Introduction to the Practice of Yoga” by White Flame Yoga

This in-house yoga class will run Wednesdays from 5:15 – 6:15 pm. Please note, until further notice this class is virtual.

In this beginners “Introduction to the Practice of Yoga” class you will learn classical postures, breathing techniques as a method of relaxing and focusing, as well as develop strength, flexibility and balance. With an emphasis on personal instruction, the class will provide a safe environment for beginning students to learn the correct form of basic yoga postures regardless of age or experience.


For this course you will need to wear loose fitting clothes and bare feet. You should bring a yoga mat or towel with you. It is better to not eat a heavy meal at least 1 hour prior to class.
