Workshop Cancellation Policy

**Before you register for a workshop it is important that you read and understand the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations for in-house training require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice with the exception of the Financial Brown Bag sessions which carry no cancellation fee; otherwise there will be a $50 departmental charge.

Workshops presented by the American Management Association and other external vendors require a minimum of 5 working days advance notice, otherwise your department is charged costs on a pro rata basis.

Computing classes at Online Consulting require a minimum of 11 working days advance notice, otherwise your department is charged the full cost of the class.

If you need to leave before the end of a workshop, please notify Julia Kec in advance of the workshop. If you leave before the end of a workshop, there will be a fee of $25 charged to your department.

You must attend both days of 2-day workshops.

Your department will be excused any cancellation fee for classes other than those provided by external vendors such as American Management Association and Productivity Point if, absent from work due to illness or family emergency, you notify Julia Kec by 9:00 a.m. the day of the scheduled workshop.

Substitutions, if appropriate and authorized by Human Resources, can be made to avoid the cancellation fee. If you have any questions about this policy, contact Julia Kec.
