The Professional Development Advisory Committee was formed as a result of the 2009 Staff Survey to address the interests expressed by Wharton employees
Staff from across the School were invited to participate and this diverse group represents all professional levels, departments and perspectives. The Committee developed Wharton’s Guiding Principles, with the purpose of better identifying what makes Wharton unique and creating a foundation upon which our professional development can be built on.
