Wednesday evenings from 5:15pm to 6:15pm
A new yoga session begins November 28th and ends February 13th. The cost is $145, and most classes are held in B2 Vance Hall. Any room changes will be posted here.
Classes will not be held on December 26th or January 2nd.

On the first night you’ll need to bring a check for $145 payable to Esther Wyss-Flamm/White Flame Yoga and a yoga mat or towel.
