An external advertisement can be posted once the position has been listed in Workday.
An external advertisement is either in print or online. It is Wharton Human Resource’s advice that ads be placed online. Online ads will reach a larger audience and is substantially less expensive than print ads.
All external ads must be approved by Wharton Human Resources to insure we meet legal and University requirements. The University utilizes an advertisement vendor Job Elephant to manage all external job postings.
